Lumsden, Southland, New Zealand.

The chemist is still there, though it’s the Lumsden Pharmacy now. The Starkist has been heavily remodeled and is now the St. John Opportunity Shop, and the BNZ branch is a restaurant .

Corvette, Tesla, and a Megane? That’s some variety.

Ford Consul Mk1,  might have been assembled locally in New Zealand

I’d say pharmacy or drug store; chemist was commonly used in the Commonwealth for pharmacies (here in the US we used “druggist”), but it’s falling out of favor.
